profile, renew your AutoPay subscription and set your communication
preferences.
For
customers who use Checking/Savings Accounts as your payment method no action is
needed. If you intend on utilizing the new
features, please log in and update your communication preferences.
Some payment methods will have a convenience fee
from our third-party processing vendor.
Del Oro Water does not receive a portion of this fee.
Online One-Time Payment, QuickPay and 24/7 Automated Phone Payments will have a reduced convenience fee of $2.50
Customer Service Representative assisted payments and Credit/Debit AutoPay will have a convenience fee of $2.95
Bank Account Autopay will have no convenience fees.
